DIÁLOGOS - 13ª BIENAL DO MERCOSUL
A 13ª edição da Bienal do Mercosul, evento realizado em 2022 em Porto Alegre, coloca em foco a arte contemporânea. Com o tema Trauma, Sonho e Fuga – individuais e coletivos, as obras selecionadas abordam uma equação de territórios que formam essa tríade comum a toda humanidade. Para a curadoria, é inevitável que a arte abra portas para o escape de uma condição imposta a todos pelos anos de pandemia – tudo está sendo questionado e tudo está em transformação. A partir desse conceito, e da identidade visual da Bienal 13, a Néktar Design foi convidada a criar um baralho ilustrado para o projeto educativo da exposição. A equipe do projeto pedagógico da Bienal trabalhou com a ideia de diálogos, encontros e confluências de diferentes perspectivas acerca dos três grandes conceitos: Trauma, Sonho e Fuga.
O baralho Diálogos resultou em um jogo composto por 42 cartas, sendo 13 para cada temática e 3 cartas coringa, apresentando atividades a serem aplicadas por professores em sala de aula. A face frontal das cartas possui os textos de sua atividade e ícones para representar cada tema. Para o verso, foi criada uma ilustração diferente para cada carta, com elementos geométricos associadas com as atividades pedagógicas propostas, em um estilo que mistura o figurativo com o abstrato para dar espaço para interpretações, além de terem a proposta de serem usados como atividade criativa, pois suas terminações permitem diferentes encaixes e composições visuais com outras cartas do baralho, em sentidos e posições diferentes. Acompanhando o baralho de cartas, também foram desenvolvidos sua embalagem e um livreto para auxiliar a realização das atividades em sala de aula. O material foi distribuído para 700 professoras e professores da rede pública, estimulando reflexões sobre os temas da 13ª Bienal do Mercosul e mais conhecimento sobre arte contemporânea.
The 13th edition of the Mercosul Biennial, an event held in 2022 in Porto Alegre, focuses on contemporary art. With the theme Trauma, Dream and Escape – individual and collective, the selected works will approach an equation of territories that form this triad common to all humanity. For the curatorship, it is inevitable that art will open doors to escape a condition imposed on everyone by the years of the pandemic – everything is being questioned and everything is in transformation. Based on this concept, and on the visual identity of the Biennial 13, Néktar Design was invited to create an illustrated deck for the exhibition's educational project. The Bienal pedagogical project team worked with the idea of dialogues, encounters and confluences from different perspectives about the three great concepts: Trauma, Dream and Escape.
The Dialogues deck resulted in a game composed of 42 cards, 13 for each theme and 3 wild cards, presenting activities to be applied by teachers in the classroom. The front face of the cards has the texts of your activity and icons to represent each theme. For the back, a different illustration was created for each card, with geometric elements associated with the proposed pedagogical activities, in a style that mixes the figurative with the abstract to give space for interpretations, in addition to being used as a creative activity, as their endings allow different fittings and visual compositions with other cards in the deck, in different directions and positions. Along with the deck of cards, its packaging and a booklet were also developed to be used as a guide, helping to carry out activities in the classroom. The material was distributed to 700 public school teachers, stimulating reflections on the themes of the 13th Mercosul Biennial and more knowledge about contemporary art.
